Villa Indiano recovers an emblematic monumental villa from the beginning of the 20th century, located in the heart of the Burjassot market garden, to transform it into a reference point for culture, gastronomy, art, reflection, music and leisure. This project takes the legacy of Convent Carmen and transforms it into a restaurant serving traditional Valencian cuisine and a cultural garden with a constant programme of activities that place wellbeing at the centre and seek to generate a positive impact on society. Villa Indiano is a space with its own personality where events become experiences that leave their mark.
