It is located in an elegant building, enjoys a beautiful minimalist line and lives up to its name, as the luminous aesthetics of white tones are ripped apart with striking touches of colour based on canvases, all by Valencian painters, which are renewed every three months. The Murcian chef María José Martínez, well accompanied by her husband in the dining room (Juanjo Soria), proposes a modern-Mediterranean cuisine, not lacking in creativity, which exalts seasonal Valencian products (vegetable garden, sea and mountain) with the utmost respect, always with dishes that surprise with their staging and delicate preparation, not in vain.... The sauces and creams are magnificent! The proposal is centred on some suggestive menus.
